You can't stand the beauty of the gorgeous ladies of this show specially Serena. In this episode you will watch Chuck hosts a masquerade gathering at the Empire Hotel; Nate and Dan are puzzled by Serena's behavior.

Watch Gossip Girl Season 4 Episode 9 The Witches of Bushwick. If you miss the last episode of Gossip Girl, here some recap and comments about the last episode I actually think that her binge eating was pretty in keeping with a recovering bulimic. If she had been anorexic maybe it would be different, but given that she was bulimic I would imagine that she used to binge eat for emotional reasons a lot.

Watch Gossip Girl Season 4 Episode 9. I loved this episode. I had to keep pausing it because I would be laughing to hard that I couldn’t hear what they said next. Chuck and Blair were so adorable, I rewound all of their scenes at least twice, and I haven’t enjoyed them together that much since season 1, maybe season 2 before Bart died. Just fantastic, beyond their sexual chemistry I think both Leighton and Westwick have excellent comedic timing together, I completely agree that the show is very lucky to have found them both.


Watch Gossip Girl Season 4 Episode 9 - The Witches of Bushwick -Serena’s decision to drop Colin two seconds after he left his job, because she basically told him to, especially when she’s been spending all this time going on about how hard it is to stay away from him? This might be the biggest ‘Serena’ move yet. I’m usually mostly ok with Serena floating through life while things happen around her and not giving two shits what she leaves behind her, it’s just part of her character. But in this case it was a little too glaring. How can she tell Colin how she wants him to find someone he cares about when she knows full well that he just quit his job and cut ties with the (presumably) last of his family, Juliet, all as a consequence of knowing her? If she’s going to be obtuse fine, I can’t really blame someone for being stupid. But if she was standing right there when all of this happened less than an hour ago! Either it occurs to her to give a shit about what becomes of Colin or it does not. If no, then fine, but if yes then her behavior is pretty inexcusable.


Watch Gossip Girl Season 4 Episode 9 The Witches of Bushwick - Partly because of that I am completely behind Vanessa trying to take her down. Vanessa is kind of similar to Blair, in that they both work really hard all of the time, and yet constantly get shit on, while Serena never really tries at anything for more than two seconds and gets most of what she wants. Granted, both Blair and Vanessa tend to get shit on partly because of the things that make them awful (Blair’s crazy power schemes and elitism, Vanessa’s inability to ever be fun at all and, again, suffocating elitism) but having to watch Serena get everything you want without trying (Nate, Dan, Columbia etc.) must be an absolute mind fuck. At least Blair gets to be friends with Serena; Vanessa is stuck with the Humphreys, none of who actually want her. I really hope that Vanessa and Juliet will actually focus their ire upon Dan and Nate, rather than just Serena. I would love that 200x more than another Serena!Takedown! storyline.


Watch Gossip Girl Season 4 Episode 9 - That said, Jessica Szhor is an absolutely terrible actress. She really stunk up the place this episode. I mean Christ, Chase Crawford out acted her in their scenes together! The same Chase that stood there doing his best mannequin impression over Blair’s shoulder while they confronted the Dean! (That btw, was hilarious in it’s own right, did it not occur to him to emote anything while watching his girlfriend’s manipulations get exposed and life ruined?)

Watch Gossip Girl Season 4 Episode 9 The Witches of Bushwick. Count me in with a big old blech when it comes to Serena/Nate/Dan, I agree with other posters that the only way this BS will be worth it is if Nate and Dan end up together. The only time I ever found Dan/Serena interesting was when it was exploring how Dan had fallen in love with a dream he made up in his head, and couldn’t change real world Serena into that dream, and was thus a big douche about it everything she did that ‘disappointed’ him. I only liked that because it’s actually something that actually happens to real people.


Watch Gossip Girl Season 4 Episode 9 -The Witches of Bushwick - I think the message that when you fall in love with someone you don’t know, you’re really just falling in love with yourself, and it’s completely not fair to the real person, is a pretty important part of learning how to not objectify people. I was even slightly interested with them getting to know the each other for real, and trying to make it work that way, but that failed too. Neither of them are any different from how they were the last time they dated. There is zero reason they will not break up again, because of that whole Dan is horrible and Serena is as deep as a puddle. My favorite Serena moment in practically this entire series was when she realized that neither Dan nor Nate are enough for her, and she has to pursue a third option rather than continuing to run in circles. That they're falling back on the triangle really sucks.
